Full time / Part time Sales Associate Position

Key Responsibilites
- Greet and acknowledge all customers.
- Provide courteous and knowledgeable customer service in every area of the store.
- Meet or exceed selling goal for each fiscal month.
- Participate in keeping the selling floor to operational and visual standards, both during the day and at the end of the day.
- Adhere to loss prevention guidelines and deter shoplifting by providing excellent customer service.
- Follow all procedures in the POS system for ringing up sales.
- Straighten, fill-in and ensure correct placement of merchandise throughout the day.
- Build sales volume, establish and maintain customer relationships.
- Be a team player and contribute to the overall positive environment of the store.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in retail sales role
- Prior experience in a retail/fashion jewelry company
- Excellent personal selling skills
- Ability to contribute to a positive team environment
- Detail oriented and professional disposition
